Staff Bios

Dr. Raad Jeiroudi

Founder/Owner EO Surgery Center & Medical Director LadyBelle Med Spa

Dr. Raad Jeiroudi, the Founder and Owner of EO Surgery Center and the Medical Director for LadyBelle Medical Spa, obtained his medical degree from the University of Aleppo. He completed his residency at USC Keck School of Medicine. Dr. Jeiroudi also completed his Pain Medicine Fellowship at USC Keck School of Medicine, receiving extensive training in pain management. With over 35 years of experience, he has garnered vast medical expertise and knowledge from working with various surgery centers and medical spas, in addition to running his own practice in Fountain Valley, California. He holds licenses as an Anesthesiologist practicing Pain Management and Aesthetic Medicine here at his clinic. Dr. Jeiroudi enjoys learning about the latest in aesthetic medicine and being a licensed Botox and Dermal Filler Instructor.

Dr. Basaam Moucharafieh, MD

Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Bassam Moucharafieh is a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing in Orange County, California. He received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut Lebanon in 1971 and has been in practice for over 45 years. After earning his degree, he moved to Massachusetts where he participated in residency for general surgery at Berkshire Medical Center. Dr. Moucharafieh then shifted his focus to plastic surgery when he moved to Missouri to train at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital for plastic and cosmetic surgery. His extensive experiences come from working with practices in Placentia and Tustin which has led him to European Outpatient Surgery Center in Fountain Valley, California. With his extensive years of experience and his passion for plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Moucharafieh is highly recommended among his patients. His array of experience ensures that the choice of procedures will provide the best outcome possible for his patients.  Dr. Moucharafieh has also been involved in a number of publications concerning muscle repair and cosmetic surgery-related topics. On his down time, the doctor is counting strokes while playing golf. 

Dr. Richard Huynh, DO

Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Richard Huynh is an osteopathic and plastic surgeon practicing in Southern California. He received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathetic Medicine. Dr. Huynh has been in practice for over 10 years. He takes pride in learning about the latest in cosmetic medicine and enjoys helping his patients look and feel their best.

Tiffany Joyner, BSN

Registered Nurse

Nurse Tiffany, who has been working as an Aesthetic Nurse since 2009, joined LadyBelle in 2014 and became the lead aesthetic nurse. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from California State University, San Bernardino School of Nursing in 2005. Currently, she is pursuing her Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree and also serves as an adjunct professor at Santa Ana College’s School of Nursing. With her extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, Nurse Tiffany possesses a comprehensive understanding of various non- to minimally-invasive treatments, including laser skin resurfacing, skin tightening laser treatments for non-surgical face contouring, as well as cosmetic injectables like neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She enjoys learning about the latest in aesthetic medicine so she can help her patients have the best outcome possible.

Angie Murch

Registered Nurse

Nurse Angie joined the LadyBelle team in August of 2022.  She completed her training and obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University in 1993.  Angie had worked primarily in the maternal child health during her nursing career. She is very excited to expand her skill set to aesthetic nursing, and has been working with the Candela laser for hair removal since joining the team. Nurse Angie enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them feel their best inside and out.

Judy Pham

Registered Nurse

Nurse Judy joined LadyBelle Med Spa in 2021. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from West Coast University. She also obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and has goals in furthering her education. Currently, she works as an ICU Nurse at a Level 2 Trauma hospital in the ICU unit. In addition, Judy enjoys boosting self-image and instilling confidence in her patients as an aesthetics nurse. Out of the clinic, Judy prioritizes health and wellness, and enjoys cooking, taking pilates classes and weightlifting.

Jenny Do, Owner

Founder

Jenny is the Owner and Founder of LadyBelle Medical Spa. Her vast expertise in the beauty industry spans over several decades. Jenny’s journey began with the establishment of her skincare clinic in Westminster, California in 1988. Her unwavering dedication for beauty and skin health has been the driving force behind the success of LadyBelle, making it a beloved and sought-after medical spa in our community. While diligently working to expand LadyBelle Medical Spa, Jenny passionately embraces the integration of wellness principles into skincare. This passion led her to establish Nutrivita, an online emporium that offers a wide array of vitamins and holistic supplements, seamlessly blending the worlds of skincare and holistic well-being.

Cindy Sim

General Manager

Meet Cindy, the wonderful daughter of Jenny Do, the owner of Ladybelle Medspa. Cindy truly values the concept of family and is dedicated to upholding her mother’s incredible legacy and achievements by carrying on the family business. Growing up amidst the hustle and bustle of the industry, she gained invaluable insights from her mother’s footsteps, witnessing the challenges and complexities of the beauty world.

Every day, Cindy embraces the opportunity to enhance the business and provide exceptional customer service using the latest advancements in beauty technology. As a proud daughter, manager, and entrepreneur, she wholeheartedly strives to deliver the best possible results to her cherished customers. Her genuine desire to assist, inform, and educate others is evident as she shares honest and accurate information.

Nancy Luu

Office Manager

Nancy has been a member of the LadyBelle Medical Spa team since 2012. She initially joined as the Front Office Coordinator and CoolSculpting Specialist. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Sciences from Cal State University, Long Beach. With over 14 years of experience working with various medical practices, her dedication to her work is evident through her continuous pursuit of knowledge and expertise. Nancy’s extensive experience in business administration and clinical support is focused primarily on medical spas.  Her genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and her commitment to innovation, and constantly exploring cutting-edge treatments, ensures that our clinic remains at the forefront of the industry. Nancy firmly believes in the significance of providing quality patient care and a memorable customer experience.

Jennifer Truong

Patient Care Coordinator

Jennifer has been an integral part of the LadyBelle Medical Spa team since 2016. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the Art Institute of California and possesses a wealth of expertise in business administration and sales.
