Summary:

Accelerated volume reduction on the TransFORM Body Treatment side when used in conjunction with body-sculpting procedures.

Study Design:

Following abdominal cryolipolysis or radiofrequency therapy, the subjects (N = 15) received TransFORM Body Treatment product and placebo and were randomly assigned to apply to the right or left sides of the abdomen for 12 weeks. Using 3-dimensional digital imaging analysis, subjects were evaluated at 4, 8, and 12 weeks post-treatment.

Results:

• 38% of subjects had a greater volume loss on the TransFORM Body Treatment vs Comparator side at week 4
• 54% had a greater volume loss on the TransFORM Body Treatment vs Comparator side at week 8
• 77% had a greater volume loss on the TransFORM Body Treatment vs Comparator side at week 12

Study:

A randomized, double-blind, comparator-controlled study in 11 patients compared the test product to bland emollient on the upper arms of patients following cryolipolysis. Subjects followed 1, 4, 8, 12, and some at 24 weeks post-treatment. Each subject received two cycles per arm.

Results:

Mean reduction in arm contour measurements from baseline to week 24, was almost 2 times greater on the side treated with TransFORM Body Treatment vs comparator [data comes from the following: Conclusion: The mean reduction in arm contour measurements from baseline to 24 weeks post-treatment was -6.42 for TransFORM and -2.17 for the bland moisturizer side.
