Welcome to Ladybelle Med Spa! We’re delighted to have you as a client and look forward to helping you achieve your beauty and wellness goals. To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have established a few policies regarding scheduling and cancellations. These policies are designed to make your experience with us smooth and enjoyable, while respecting the time of both our clients and staff. Scheduling: At Ladybelle Med Spa, appointments are required. We recommend scheduling well in advance, especially before major holidays, to secure your preferred time. Please review our cancellation policy before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this policy. A cancellation fee of $50 or the forfeiture of a session from your current package will apply for any cancellations. We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to all clients. If you have a treatment package, you may choose to either pay the $50 cancellation fee or lose a session from your package. “No-shows,” including same-day cancellations, will result in either a $50 fee or the loss of a session.
Appointment Reminder Policy: As a courtesy, we will send a text and email reminder 48 hours before your scheduled service. If you opt not to provide a cell phone number or email address, we cannot offer this reminder service. Please note that if the reminder system fails for any reason, it remains your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to our cancellation policy.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to relax and complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time, as appointments will conclude at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. In some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule, and the $50 cancellation fee will still apply.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 fee charged to your credit card on file, or the loss of a session from your package. For appointments scheduled on Sunday or Monday, cancellations or rescheduling must be made by 4 pm on the preceding Friday to avoid fees. If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your treatment, the cancellation fee or loss of a session will still apply.
